I am trying to change images in the Graphics Master system and see this Message on the debug port

The boot stops here
I have a recently upgraded to 64M Ram system I am trying to run 700110-91309_GM64_CE30_v331_IE+SQL_10MB.zip I also tryed 700110-91309-1_GM64_CE30_v333_IE+SQL_10MB.zip
With the same result
I set the HWT & REG as the read me said
ADSLOAD.HWT ----------- Change the following entries in your ADSLOAD.HWT file for Windows CE. These entries define where the CE image is loaded in RAM. You will need boot ROM 1.69 or later to support these entries.
0x00B002AD 0xC9600000 ; location in RAM: 64 MB board, 10MB CE Image [C89..] 0xA110C401 0x00A00000 ; flash for NKLOAD.BIN: 10MB [7MB]
ADSLOAD.REG ----------- Add the following key to the ADSLOAD.REG file. The flash disk can be smaller, but it cannot exceed the size given.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\FlashFx] "Start"=dword:08B00000 "Length"=dword:0500000 ; 5MB flash disk (16MB flash installed) ; "Length"=dword:1500000 ; 21MB flash disk (32MB flash installed)
What am I doing wrong ? I have changed images with the 32Meg system ok Do I need to do somthing else?

That's odd. A quick glance over your notes looks like you've done things right.
As a starting point, could you reload your 64MiB system as we shipped it to you? I've linked GM64 10MiB build 3.22 into the build selector along with the REG and HWT files we ship with that build.
Can you give that build and those config files a try and let us know how they work for you? That will give us a starting point for further troubleshooting.
Cheers, Drew

The Image that came back with the 64Meg Ram upgrade is (All info captured from Debug port) Boot info Microsoft Windows CE Ver. 3.0 (build 126)
ADS GMASTER Windows CE Ver.(3.18) ------------------------------------------- HWT table ; Onboard flash set-aside for NKLOAD.BIN 0xA110C401 0x00C00000 ; 12MB
; Location in RAM to load CE image 0x00B002AD 0xC8400000 ; 12MB CE, 32MB RAM ------------------------------------------------ REG table [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\FlashFx]
"Start"=dword:08D00000 ; 12MB CE image "Length"=dword:0300000 ; 3MB flash disk (16MB flash installed)
Your archives only show a 32Meg Ram 3.18 build at 12M
I did try the referenced build 3.22 and the config files but they don't seem to be matched

Help I think I was not clear with my previous post. I need to change the Image in my Graphic master system as the Image currently in it doesn’t display Internet pages and with the 64Meg ram is unfriendly with Active Sync. I started changing images as I was having intermittent problems with suspend and waking. I now think my original problem was from storing my apps and database in the storage card rather than on board flash. All I need is a 64M-Ram Image that is Active Sync friendly and displays Htm's then my development will be complete and I can go to market.
I am changing to 64M-ram, as I want to change all to .net later. Current interest in my product requires me to release in 3.0 soon.
I tried to install the "recommended Images" to no avail I currently have 4 GM cards witch 2 have been upgraded to 64 Meg ram and would like to upgrade the other 2 when we round this corner
Thanks for your help in advance

Jack,
I just downloaded and tried Build 3.33 (700110-91309-1) direct from our Build Selector. I used the config files downloadable from the same location (the "zip file" link right above build 3.23) without any modifications. The device booted properly, I was able to browse the internet using the on-board NIC without problems and I was able to create an ActiveSync partnership serially. I was also able to make an ethernet ActiveSync connection and start a debug session without any difficulties.
Can you try the config files from the above referenced page without modification and see if it works for you?

Also, ensure that the board you are using definitely is a 64MB RAM board. The boot ROM is correct for a 64MB board, but ensure that the RAM has the following part number: 48LC8M16A2 |

The Image and config. went right in and all seems well .The active sync is still a problem but I think it is on this end as I reconnected my development system and have the same problem. It was working fine the last time I tried it. I'm going to bring in my laptop and try with it tomorrow. I'm connected with MS auto update at work, Could this be what changed? I have all ready uninstalled and reinstalled both 3.7 and 3.6.
Anyway thanks for the help as my 64 Meg cards are now online with my product.
