BitsyX 4.10.23, ROM 1.07

I've had the need to reformat FlashFx Disk (the disk became 'full' with 32 empty folders named ||||||||.||| - that's another issue I'll have to track down).

I changed the boot switch in HWT to 0x4, selected option 5 on the debug menu, and erased 20000 through 2000000 (alternatively, I erased 40000 through 2000000 with the same results).

Onto the PCMCIA card I load NK.BIN (4.10.23), ROM (1.07), ADSLoad.exe (do-nothing build except that the ADSmartIO stuff is loaded since we need this for our applications), REG and HWT files. The REG and HWT are as sent to us on 04Sep, but with modifications. I do not want to paste into here. Please tell me to whom they can be emailed.

The device is rebooted. The files are loaded. The flash disk is reformatted.

FlashFx Disk is checked to verify that the 32 empty folders entitled ||||||||.||| are gone. They are. They have been replaced with 240 files of size 8388736, each file being named Ç (which is a symbol of the Latin-1 subset, character code 0x00C7, Latin Capital Letter C with Cedilla).

The device is rebooted (with or without the loader files on the card - take your pick - the result is the same). The files are no longer in FlashFx Disk.

I have been able to reproduce this consistently.
