The BitsyX board (bought in 11/2003) was put to sleep using keybd_event(VK_OFF,0,0,0). After it is awoken by shorting the RqOnOff line to Ground, it displays the application GUI and immediately goes back to sleep. It stays awake OK the second time if the RqOnOff line is shorted to Ground again. The BitsyX board came with the development kit that we bought in 08/2003 did not exhibit this type of behavior. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

What build number are you using? I believe this was a bug in early builds that has since been rectified.

Chris is right. You'll need an updated build of CE. Build 4.10.30 corrects this problem. Take a look at the BitsyX revision history at topic 1289.
