Hello, we are having a big issue:
Here are the stages that lead to our problems.
1. Re-flashed AGX with new image.
2. Started to re-boot AGX
3. Realised we had not re-set S1, switch 1.
4. Promptly (after about 2 seconds), removed power
5. Re-set S1.
6. Re-applied power.
Now we get NO serial debug, no boot, nothing!
The USB LED flashes green for a moment upon start-up, however D9,D8,D7 do not do anything.
Have validated all Jumper configurations against our Dev platform that works fine!
Have also tried grounding RQONOFF to see if we were in a sleep mode.
Please Help!

It sounds like you interrupted the boot just at the point that the boot code was getting updated. If the boot code is erased or corrupted, your system won't boot.
If you have a JTAG cable and software, you can reload the boot code. Otherwise you'll need to send the system back to us for reflashing. Sorry! |

Graham, you reflashed the unit with just S1 switch 3 ON, is this correct? Did you have the debug port connected to monitor the download? It sounds like the BOOT code was corrupted, were you upgrading this as well?
