Our system is using the BitsyX with the personality board. Our only connections at this time are 12V power in (battery), the debug port (com3) and serial port (com1). We place the board into sleep/suspend mode and attempt to wake it up by shorting pins 1 and 2 on J36 (System Wake-up). The debug output is as follows, starting after ADSCopy has finished:

In this case the system woke-up two times successfully and reset the third time. Then it just continues to reset. Any help is appreciated on this topic and I can provide further details is they are needed. Thank you.
I wonder if there is a problem with your power source. When systems reset at boot or during wakeup, it's often because the power supply can't source enough inrush current for the display or backlight.
Can you try putting a scope on the power supply inputs and see if it's stable every time the system wakes up? Feel free to email us results if you would like a more direct conversation.
