Right out of the box, approximately one square inch of lower left corner of touchscreen won't respond to touch. That includes the crosshair used for calibration. I can only proceed by touching an area outside of this square inch, so naturally the calibration ends up too far off to be useful. Help! I haven't changed any factory settings. This is our first Applied Data touchscreen, so this is probably another dumb newbie question :-)

Issue Resolution:

This issue was resolved with an update to the touch panel drivers. We had changed the filtering on the AGX touch panel inputs without updating the driver. The change is in release 2.4.27_vrs1_pxa1_adsx1.
