Is the Iphlpapi.lib available for Windows CE 3.0. I am using an ADS GC+ with the hpc2000 sdk ?

Yes, hpc2000 sdk does not include Iphlpapi.lib (just Iphlpapi.h). I dont know why MS include a h file without a lib or dll file. You are able to get Iphlpapi.lib by downloading and installing Wince4.1 SDK (for strongARM) from here.
