Can some one tell how to remove the Desktop icons/shortcuts so that they do not appear when CEShell Launches. I guess there might be registry settings for this.

Most developers disable the CE desktop altogether, permitting users only to access their product's application. See topic 40 for details.

It may be possible that we could make a special build for you, but as I recall, some of those icons don't go away.
