Hello,

What is the part number, specification and manufacturer of the NAND (or is it NOR), memory on the AGX?

The FlashFX isn't a part with a model, it is actually software based as well as it depends on the type of flash IC is being used.

The "FlashFX Disk" is a driver licensed from Datalight.

The flash memory used on the AGX is the Intel Strataflash.
