We are moving our applications from WinCe 3.0 and GC Plus board to GCX and WinCe 5.0 I understand that to access what used to be GPIO24-27 that DIO must be used instead.

However, how do I access JP1 (ReqOnOff) that used to be mapped at GPI5 windows port?

Thanks

On the GCX, ReqOnOff is J1 (see GCX User Manual at Topic 1782). The board layout in the manual shows that it is located next to the mounting hole closest to the Ethernet connector.

Hi, I meant programmatically? I use to open the GPI5: port to access it from the software. I need to access it on the GCX in a similar way.

You've not stated exactly what you want to do with JP1, but a more platform-agnostic mechanism (though still ADS specific) of trapping the On/Off is at Topic 1292.

I only need to be able to read its value by polling its state. The system is polling and not event driven.
