Our Catalyst system was left at the install menu for Redhat Enterprise Linux over the weekend. This morning it was frozen (the system in general is almost ALWAYS frozen when leaving it in any running state for extended periods of time), so I have been trying to reboot to continue with the install. I have powered it off and unplugged the power cable and let it sit for a while and it still will not boot. The two-digit digital LED on the board stays at "00".

HELP!

Hi jhuckins, our apologies for the delayed response.

It would help us greatly if you could attach an RS232 cable to the serial port on the Catalyst Carrier Board and connect to the Development PC running TeraTerm or Hyperterminal and capture all data shown on the debug port at:
- initial boot
- directly after power button pressed again

The debug port is reference designator P1 and is the single Serial Port at the 'front' edge of the Catalyst Carrier board.

Please send this information to support.us@eurotech.com and we will continue to troubleshoot this issue with you there.
