Is there a way to disable the suspend selection from the Windows Start menu? We do not need suspend for our application. Also, the location of the suspend menu item is too close to the Start button. It is easy to accidentally hit this selection.

It's pretty easy to wake the system back up if you accidentally put it to sleep. Just short the pins of J36 on the Bitsy Personality Board (J1 on the Graphics Client Plus and Graphics Master). You can usually do this with the metal tip of your pen.

Most applications don't make the desktop available to end users. If this issue is a problem for your application, let us know and we can investigate further.

"A little bird" tells me that the following registry key will disable the Suspend feature on the menu. Add it to your ADSLOAD.REG file and see how it works!

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Explorer]
"Suspend"=dword:0
