Procedure for Product Returns and Repairs

If you have a product that you purchased from Eurotech Inc, Applied Data Systems or Arcom that is in need of repair, you will need to make use of the RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure.

The first step in the returns process is to fill out the RMA Request Form.

Please read the repair policies posted on the form before submitting your request. If you are uncertain about the need for repair, feel free to drop us an email at support-us@eurotech.com.
