GCX boots to white screen

Every once in a while on a test unit, it will boot to a screen that is completely white. So far, we have only seen this when the unit was rebooted using the "restart.exe" program in the windows directory. This seems to happen randomly <10% of the time. As this is a test unit, I'm unable to capture the debug output. I'm unable to reproduce this in my development environment as well.

The odd thing is that all the applications appear to be running even though the screen appears blank. I'm able to successfully telnet and ftp to the device and my applications appear to be executing as well. I don't think this is a cable issue because I can send it a restart command again to fix it or just power cycle the entire device.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Setup:
GCX, WinCE 5.00.10, Sharp LQ64D343.
