Have you a list of compatible touch screen for 6.4" sharp display ?
I tried to buy the 3M-95659, but it seems to be out of production.
Our supplier suggest us to use AMT (Apex Material Technology) 9501.
Do you think that it could work well with the onboard controller ?

You are correct that 3M/Dynapro no longer sells the 95659. It has been replaced with the 3M/Microtouch RES-6.4-PL4 (95427 B) product.

I took a quick look at the touch panel specifications posted at http://www.amtouch.com.tw/downloads/9501RevA.pdf . Generally, you probably won't have any issues using this touch panel, though I can't say without testing the panel here. We haven't used touch panels from this manufacturer before.
