Hi.
I have posted my queries by the name BEGINNER QUESTIONS. And i get reply from CTACKE but after replying to his/her reply i have not rcvd another reply...
So i am posting by the new name so that i might get reasonable answers to my questions....
1) what OS is best for me..
My requirements are...
a)should be like, on first boot a WELCOME SCREEN , behind it system should calibrate & initialize its hardware & software...
b) after welcome screen & initialization system should jump directly to my main GUI program that is displaying graphs, readouts etc...

2)How to make graphics software for my application. Are graphics software for free...??

Please can anyone help me on this i need to know the answers for these questions...
