How many bits are in it's data bus?

Do you mean the CompactFlash bus? It has 11 address and 16 data lines. For more information see Topic 846

Thank you, but I mean data bus between memory and CPU.
I ask you because in PocketPC this data bus has 16-bit.
We'd like to know how many bits it has on "BitsyX".

Good question. We use 32-bit access between the DRAM and the StrongARM and XScale processors.

On the BitsyX, we use synchronous DRAM at 100 MHz.
