Other than bug fixes and support for Pocket PC 2003, is there other clear advantages of using 4.2 instead of 4.1?

Windows CE 4.2 has some added features that 4.1 did not have (see this page for more info), but the one of the most important changes, from a business perspective, is the change in the licensing model. The price for CE 4.2 licenses can be as low as $3 (see this page for more info).
