I get that also on my debug port ( Serial Port 3 ) but not to the extended level noted in your post. Usually I have a number of processes running concurrently ( Novell, Networking, email, eVC4, Win2K services ...etc ) which causes my Win2K to not service the PC UART lines on the PC side. I have reduced the number of processes running, made sure the cables were well seated on the ADS board.
I don't believe the Boot Loader handles Serial Comm hardware handshakingon the Default Debug Port. I have specified in HypeTerm ( the terminal emulator I use ) that there is no handshaking. It appears to work consistently with that setting.
I have the exact same settings in my hyperterm but I get the garbage on my screen. If I use an earlier built 4.10.29 everythings normal. I don't get it...
I don't see the problem with 4.10.35 (which we hope to release soon). My guess is that some kernel code is dumping an invalid data buffer to the debug output during boot, which gives the garbage you see.
I'll roll back to 4.10.33 and re-check it.

I don't understand. I thought the boot loader is writing to the debug port not the kernel? while I do see that in emerendsouza's post the problem does appear after the statement "CE starts From DRAM(0x800b8000)" I see this issue even earlier in the Boot process, most frequently around statement "Copyright (c) 2002~2003 ADS BitsyX Bootloader Ver (1.08 ) (Built at 09:27:31 on Nov 11 2003)"
I would think the kernel is not running at this point.
