I'm attempting to interface a BASIC Stamp with uses TTL (5V) logic with serial port 2 configured to CMOS(3.3V) on the BitsyX Personality board. I am able to receive signals from the BitsyX but not able to transmit. What can I do in order to send serial data from the Stamp(TTL) to the BitsyX(CMOS)?
