I got a REV C board and the bootloader on the Flashcard was ver 1.08 that got downloaded into the board. Now the board just hangs at bootup. How can i reload ver 1.10 or ver 1.09 onto it? It will no longer detect a Flash Card in the slot. System hangs

We have different power control logic on Rev C board. It must have Bootrom Ver 1.09 or later version.
Since you reload older bootrom on your board, there's no way to reload new bootrom with PCMCIA card.
You have to use Jtag for downloading bootrom.
Why don't you send back your board with RMA ?
