I recently purchased 6 ADS boards (p/n 900110-8115) set up for the SHARP LQ64D343 display. When they arrived, I tested them in a known good unit. Of the 6, one worked perfectly, the other 5 immediately came up to the (touch panel) calibration screen. Upon completion of the cal procedure, the 5 then went completely whitescreen and failed to complete the boot process. They are jumpered correctly. The onle apparent difference between the existing(old) and replacement(new) boards is the (U22)boot version. The old are boot version 1.66, the new are 1.76. Where do I go from here?
Thanks for your note. If you're using Windows CE, it could be that the desktop is suppressed. It looks like there is a configuration difference from what you were expecting.
Your best bet is to email us with the output from the Graphics Client Plus debug port (Serial 3, 38400 baud, 8N1, no handshaking). We look forward to helping you resolve this issue.
