I am having problems downloading from eVC to my device. The download appears to go through, but when I try to launch the application on the box I get the following message - 'pfd' is not a valid Windows CE application.

I have downloaded this application to different boxes no problems. Is there a CE setting that might need to be changed? Something in eVC that I might have accidently changed?

Are you certain you're using the proper SDK/target? This error would occur if you use an ARMv4I (PXA255) build and push it to an ARMv4 (SA1110) board.

I am using the SA1110 board with the IAGM SDK, with ARMV4 and eVC 4.0. This worked for me before, I am not sure what has changed.

It was my error, one of my custom dll's was out of date on the box.
