Batteries for Bitsy X Charging Circuit?

Has anybody used the on-board charging circuit (J7 w/ 205WTS) with the Bitsy X Connector Board? If so, which Lithium batteries were successful and where were they purchased? Thanks!

The rev A BitsyX personality board includes a charger for an 8.4V dual-cell lithium ion battery. You could also use a version of the charger chip that works for 8.2V batteries.

We tested this circuit in the past with batteries that were lying around, but to my knowledge no one is using this charger in theis application.

You might take a look at the battery supplier links at topic 1400 for ideas of what's on the market these days. Rose Electronics' battery calculator might also be a good place to start.
