Can I set the following in the adsload.reg file
task bar "always on top" to not active,
power schemes ac power "switch state to user idle" to never
power schemes ac power "switch state to system idle" to never
power schemes ac power "switch state to suppend" to never
power schemes battery power "switch state to user idle" to never
power schemes battery power "switch state to system idle" to never
power schemes battery power "switch state to suppend" to never

If so how?

See topic 39 for details about how to hide the taskbar.

As Susan noted in your post at Topic 1726, most customer applications suppress the desktop altogether; see topic 40 for details about how to disable the desktop.

For details about the power management in CE, see topic 785.

For specifics about setting the inactivity timeouts, see topic 717. You'll want to set those values to "0" to disable the inactivity timeouts. Our standard products don't use the "battery" power state, so only the "ExtPower" timeouts are currently relevant.
