Issue: GSM audio does not work every other boot

Some platforms may have problem in which the GSM audio codec doesn't work every other boot. This occurs because an error in Platform Builder gives the GSM codec the same loading order as a DLL on which it is dependent.

To work around this issue, add the following keys to asdload.reg:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\CODEC_GSM610]
   "Prefix"="ACM"
   "Dll"="gsm610.acm"
   "Index"=dword:1
   "Order"=dword:3

 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\CODEC_MSFILTER]
