I am looking for info on the Graphics Master.

1)What is the operating temperatures specs
2)What is the operating relative humidity specs
3)What is the storage Temperature Specs
4)What is the storage Humidity specs

I am having a problem with the 4-wire touchscreen (UCB1200 controller) failing under cold temperature (-15C), this is happening with about 1/4 of the ADS Graphics Masters

I Noticed a temperature cycling study (thermal analysis) for the Graphics Master. Is there a cold temperature version available as well?
