The entry:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ regfile\ Shell\ open\ command]
"Default"="\ Windows\ ADSReg.exe %1"

must be:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ regfile\ Shell\ open\ command]
"Default"="\ Windows\ ADSReg.exe %1%"

for it to work.
