Problem : Windows CE is booting (checked with hyperterminal) but I don't see anything on my screen. I used a special build sent to my by ADS.
When looking at the signals with a scope they seems OK except the VEE signal. The VEE is 0 volt and should be something between 23-27V.
I know there is an option to set the VEE voltage fixed at +-26V but don't know how to do this.

How can I do this ??
In the manual they talk about JP1 , JP1 , J7 but this is not clear for me...

Where can I find J7 on the bitsy board?? (I have a connector board mounted on the bitsy board)
