My application developed base on Viper using GPIO and Interrupts (Windows CE). Now I have to port to Titan board, GPIO is correct but Interrupts have troubled. Address of Interrupts register on Viper 0x1280000 and Titan 0x14100000. Application cannot initialize. Have any way no change code ?

There are many variables involved with porting code to the TITAN from the Viper board. I don't believe you will find the answers for all of those details posted on our forums.
