I saved files to the device, but they weren't there after I reset the device. Where did they go?
Most of the Windows CE file system is stored in RAM. The contents of RAM are lost every time you remove power from your Thin Client and Graphics Client or press the reset button. The only truly non-volatile storage on these devices is the flash disk, which appears in Windows CE as the "Flash FX disk" in the root of the CE file system. RAM (and your files) will be preserved if you always have a power source connected to your device and do not press the reset button.
