Can the Pocket PC 2002 SDK which was just released by Microsoft be used with the Bitsy development system?

No. To run the Pocket PC Platform on your device, you must have an agreement with and get licenses from Microsoft.

The Pocket PC is a Platform built on top of Windows CE 3.0, provided enhancements such as the Pocket Outlook applications and APIs as well as GAPI and the overall GUI architecture.

The Bitsy is a CE 3.0 device which you can use the HPC 2000 SDK to develop for (though it is not an HPC 2000 device either).
