Q: I installed the ADS CE 2.12 SDK, but when I compile, I get the message "Error Spawning clarm.exe". How can I fix this?

This is a bug in Microsoft Platform Builder. To fix it, updated your Visual Studio environment as follows:
(If you are using an NT workstation, make sure that you are logged in with Administrator privilege)

  1. Select "options" from the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select the "directories" sub-menu.
  3. Select "Executable file" in the "Show Directories for" menu.
  4. Add "\Windows CE tools\wce212\\User Files\VC"
