Q: Why didn't you include library <fill in the blank> in your SDK?

We include all the files released by Microsoft for the StrongARM in our Windows CE SDK. If you're looking for a particular function or library that you're familiar with, make sure that it's supported in CE. Many functions that are found in the Win32 API are not supported by CE. However, there's almost always another way to achieve your goals (e.g. use the CreateProcess() function instead of system()).
