Hi
I have problem with that the Windows CE hangs sometimes when Bitsy Plus recovering from Sleep mode.
Is that a common problem? Have bootloader 1.77, CE 3.0 version 3.13 and smartio rev B. And have also tried CE 4.12 with same result.
And Bitsy Plus is slower to enter sleep mode and leave sleep mode than (normal)Bitsy.
Is that correct or is my Bitsy Plus faulty?
And I have no backup battery mounted is that a problem?

Hi Hans,
If you wait for few minutes, when you think system hangs after wakeup, do you get any message from debug port?
That'll be helpful to resolve the problem.
And, BitsyPlus is little slower than Bitsy during booting, wakeup and entering sleep because of different H/W components like AC97 codec.
It takes time to initialize and shutdown.
We are working on it to reduce that time.

Yes, actually. Our talented team was able to track down an issue with the codec driver that was causing the BitsyPlus system to occasional hang after restarting. During that work, our team was also able to shave off several seconds from the boot time, making it the same as the Bitsy--around 12 seconds.
You should now find the Bitsy Plus boot quicker and more reliable. Try build 3.15 on our CE build selector and give it a try.

Can you tell me when you are ready to make
a release to .Net with this bug fix.
In my case almost never work to get from the sleep mode.
Please respond with a date soon.

Hi Hans! We'll update the CE.NET build with the wakeup fix and should be able to get it onto the build selector by Monday afternoon. Thanks for checking back about this.
