Q. Help! My touch panel is out of calibration and I can't navigate to the Stylus applet. What's the quickest way to recalibrate my touch panel?

The quickest way to recalibrate your touch panel is to use a keyboard. Most ADS systems now include a USB function port, and all systems include support for a PS/2 keyboard.

Connect the keyboard to your device (resetting if it's a PS/2 keyboard), then follow these steps:
  1. Open Control Panel (either Start Menu [Windows key] -> Settings -> Control Panel or My Computer -> Control Panel)

  2. Select and open Stylus applet (cursors, then Enter)

  3. Move to the Calibration tab (Ctrl-Tab)

  4. Press the Calibrate button (Enter)

For further reading about touch panels on ADS products, see the touch panel topic index.
