Q: I'm using RS-485 in half duplex mode.  Can I disable the receiver in CE during transmit?  I don't want to see messages that I send.

Yes, the current RS-485/422 Windows CE driver already does this.  It disables the receiver when the transmitter is active.

This RS-485 driver will also work in full-duplex (four-wire) applications, but it will interrupt messages that arrive during a transmit operation.  Contact us if your application requires full duplex drivers.

I'm using the AGX board with 4.10.16. When sending over 485 half-duplex mode, I notice I do see an echo coming
back. Is there anything I can do about this?
