Q: The dial string always puts "9," in front of my number.

In the Control Panel, there are two Dialing settings. Select the one for Home to eliminate the "9," prefix. You can select the "home" location as a default by adding the following registry key to ADSLOAD.REG:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Dial]
"CurrentLoc"=dword:1
