Q: Is it possible to disable the default keyboard key repeat feature of Windows CE?

Yes. You can modify the rate of the repeat, including making it infinite, which effectively disables it, by modifying the following registry key:


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Keybd
    "RepeatRate"=dword:8


The default value is 8, as shown above. To disable the repeat simply set the value to 0.
