I have an application written in eVB. Since eVB is not supported by Microsoft on CE versions above 3.0, can you provide any suggestions on how to migrate it to VB.NET?

Microsoft has published a white paper that covers migrating applications from eVB, which can be found here.

Unfortunately there are no automated tools for converting projects to use the .NET Compact Framework like there are for VB 6. There is a tool that claims to port the UI Forms code from GUI Innovations. We've not used this product and are not endorsing it, but it looks to be a useful tool.
