Q: I inserted my PCMCIA modem into the Graphics Client Plus, but it does not seem to work.

Here are a couple things to check:
  1. Confirm that the card is recognized. Under Control Panel, select System. The card brand and model should be displayed under "Expansion Card" (To refresh, close and reopen the System display if you insert a new card).
  2. Check the version of the GC Plus firmware. Some PC cards require release D or later of the U2 firmware for correct operation. U2 should be labeled "U2 700110-8001D".
