So, what does the "/remote" parameter do when invoked with repllog.exe? What other valid parameters are there? I've searched to no avail...

It's the only parameter I'm aware of. It connects to a remote PC that you have an existing partnership with over Ethernet. This is how you do debugging via ActiveSync over ethernet rather than USB or serial.
