Selecting the properties of any of the connectoids under
Control Panel, Network and Dial-up Connections
causes the following to spew out of the debug port:

AKY=ffffffff PC=03f80548 RA=03f813bc BVA=0a00000c FSR=00000007
TLSKERN_NOFAULT set... bypassing kernel debugger.

Windows CE.Net 4.20, ADS CE Version 4.20.08
Is this normal?
