I created my own timers for my application, similar to this -

In GCX 4.20.5, these timers are very accurate.

I just upgraded to 4.20.12, and the timers are now off by 23-29 seconds. Upon investigation I found that the number of tick counts within the same time period varies, i.e. in .05 I get ~76143551 more tick counts in 2 minutes than I get in .12

The tick frequency is the same in both versions. Is this something that changed in CE 4.20.12, a bug?
