ADS bootloader Configuration Files

This topic contains ADS configuration files for full root file systems. These files allow you to control various features like the type of root file system, which port is used as the system console. See the Linux Bootloader Manual for more detailed instructions.


Root file system configuration files (cmdline.txt)

usb full root cmdline.txt - this file contains the kernel command line to boot a root file system contained on a USB device.

usb ttyS1 full root cmdline.txt - this file contains the kernel command line to boot a root file system contained on a USB device. The linux console will be on ttyS1 which is normal for BitsyX boards.

microdrive full root cmdline.txt - this file contains the kernel command line to boot a microdrive device from kernel and root file system contained on that device.
