ADS Compact Framework Library

The ADS Compact Framework Library is a collection of C# wrapper classes for the ADS system drivers to make C# Application Development on ADS boards easier. It is built on top of the OpenNETCF Smart Device Framework.

Requirements
  • The ADSCF.dll and SDF.dll must be included in the application folder, FlashFX Disk\System folder or in the Windows folder of the ADS board.
  • The WinCE image loaded on the board must support the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 (how to find out the version)
  • The WinCE image loaded on the board must include the latest versions of the ADS system drivers
The ADS Compact Framework Library is a work in progress. Below is a list of the currently supported features and status:

Implemented Driver Wrappers
  • DIO Driver
  • FlashFX Driver
    (Note: Not all systems have the proper driver implemented yet for complete operation of this wrapper class)
Incomplete Driver Wrappers
  • CAN Driver
Untested Driver Wrappers
  • ADSmartIO Driver
  • I2C Driver
  • DS1307 (Real Time Clock) Driver
