The contents of FlashFX Disk seem to have been erased on their own. The first time the system sat for about 1 week, the second time for a weekend.

The first clue is that the user is forced to recalibrate the touch screen. After that, the specific data that was copied to FlashFX Disk/Start is also gone.

Do you have any suggestions for what might be causing this?

We have seen the same problem with two of our production units in less than a month. Was the cause for this problem found?
