The cross compilers used by EuroTech engineers can be download from the Cross Compilation Toolchains page.

As an alternative you can use the free versions on the skiffcluster at http://www.handhelds.org/projects/skiffcluster.html .
This allows you to compile in the native environment without the hassle of poorly written configure scripts :-).
