Hello,

I am using the BitsyXB with Windows CE 5.0.

I want to save my CE settings so they are persistent when I turn the power off.

I read the documents that say there is an application in the control panel that will let you save your current setting but I don't see it in my control panel.

I read on the forum there also is a program called regflush.exe that will save your settings but I don't see that on my BitsyXB system either.

Can you give me any suggestions on how to save my registry settings?

Thanks in advance
Allen

Allen,

Please refer to Topic 1437 and the RegFlushKeys API.

Allen:

To clarify, there is an application in the \Windows folder named RegFlushKeys.exe. There is also a function that you can call from your application named RegFlushKey() which is documented on MSDN.

Allen:

To add to Bruce's point, you can quickly run RegFlushKeys() on the BitsyXb by performing a sleep/wake cycle. (RegFlushKey() is called on sleep)
