Why is the ADS kernel version older than the latest Linux kernel release?
The Linux kernel is updated frequently. Some releases contain critical bug patches while others do not. We do not follow all kernel patches if there are no critical updates.
Check the
kernel and ramdisk images
page for the most recent version we support.
